We hired a nanny to help my mom out a couple times a week. She has good ideas such as feeding Charlie water with a spoon because he is not getting the sippy cup idea yet (apparently he loves water!). She also helped us make a mean homemade chicken veggie soup for Charlie. She also has her own ideas regarding how to dress Charlie...

My nanny (i mean husband) doesn't dress my kids very well either...he he he.
Jen, I remember when Lexxa was a baby and you would tell me how it bugged you when Brad would take Lexxa to Safeway in a mismatched outfit or if the pink leggings were slightly darker than the pink socks she wore - you were embarassed in the case he ran into someone you knew. I know how anal you are, my friend. :)
I've had to let it go a little, but that doesn't mean I'm ok with it!
