Team Testes!

We're having a BOY!

Rob and I had a dr.'s appointment today and the ultra sound tech was 98% sure it was a boy. He also pointed out the goods to us. He took a ton of pictures to show our dr. and make sure everything looks good and it did. I of course lost the pictures. I think they are either sitting on a chair in the waiting room, or in my dr.'s office. They are estimating he weighs 9 oz.

After the ultrasound, Rob and I had to wait for my dr. to meet with us. Rob wouldn't sit down, he was too excited. Here is Rob doing his happy dance:

After the appointment, we headed to The Original Pancake House for lunch. We chatted between texting and phoning our friends..

..and drinking hot cocoa..

When I got home, I told Buddy he was going to have a little brother. This was his reaction (he's a little skeptical):

Now that I know it's a boy, I don't have to return something I bought a few months ago. If we had a boy, I knew I wanted to have a nautical themed nursery. I was at Home Goods and spotted this anchor. I know it's random, but I loved it.

Next on our agenda: picking a name!

WooHoo - Anchors Aweigh, Alyssa!!! (and no, that is not spell wrong!)I laughed at your first nursery purchase - but you had the last laugh today!

I predict that smile on Rob's face will remain plastered on his face until approximately the first time he spends the better part of a night walking Baby Boy Wagner around the nursery and around the nursery and around...... the.......nurs..............

Yay!! I love how excited Rob is in all the pictures! The anchor is cute, you might want to take it down though when your little fellow is around 4---he might use it as a weapon. Just kidding, the Wagner Little Boy will not use things as weapons, only my kids do that. ;)

Congratulations!!!!! Aren't you so excited to call the baby "him" instead of "it." =) I can't wait to hear what you two come up with for names and to see how the nautical themed nursery progresses. Congrats again!
