Workout Tip.

I'm back on weight watchers and its going pretty well (until I had two scoops of Baskin Robbins on Friday night - 17 points. Yeah.).

I was on their website to look for workout tips and found this gem:

Brush and squeeze



Use the time that you're brushing your teeth to squeeze your butt muscles. Hold for one count and repeat. Do this trick in the morning and at night.
