We accepted an offer on our place and are currently in contract. We aren't pleased with the price but oh well.We put an offer on a place in Morgan Hill and they countered.
We are putting in our final offer on the Morgan Hill house tomorrow. Should know by Saturday while we are in Long Beach celebrating Gracie's 1st birthday. Cross your fingers.
